This is a commission only job, where you can help existing accounts and start earning commissions in your first week.MatchingDonors.com is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, scale and optimize our 1,700 + ShareASale affiliate team members through creative thinking and proven digital marketing strategies. Our affiliates earn commissions on the donation of cars, boats, planes, real estate properties, artwork, money, and patient memberships and more. These donations have raised our affiliates and our nonprofit a lot of money, while helping saving the lives of those needing organ transplants. You will have full ownership and management of our affiliate program (including affiliate and agency management, optimization and reporting). We expect you to earn $100,000+ in your first year. This position will involve both being in charge of our new and mature affiliates, requiring a skillset to grow, develop, scale, refine and manage our affiliate program. A successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working in affiliate marketing industry.

On a Daily Basis You Will…

  • Vet new affiliates through our newly revamped ShareASale, platform.
  • Activate stagnant affiliate partnerships and enhance existing relationships within our network.
  • Identify and negotiate additional potential paid sponsorships or features based on our brand and performance goals at hand.
  • Determine strategy to optimize performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution and cross-channel analysis.
  • Ensure workflow and processes are productive and efficient, adjusting when needed.
  • Be responsible for day-to day program management affiliate communication, progress analysis, goal review, affiliate research etc.)
  • Pull weekly and monthly reports to assess performance, partner activity and areas for scale and/or adjustments.
  • Stay up to date with developments in your field, identify opportunities and recommend updates and new best practices that could result in improved performance
  • Proactively recommend solutions to improve ROI based on pre-planned campaign goals.
  • Work with our integrated media team to determine the best use of budget allocation for our affiliates from our multi-million dollar public service announcement advertising campaign www.MatchingDonorsPSAs.com , and audience targeting and creative analyses.

Qualifications· 

Prior experience managing an affiliate marketing program with rapidly growing and established brands· Experience with affiliate marketing, online marketing, and e-commerce required.· Previous experience managing, training and motivating an affiliate team or sales team a plus.· Proven and detailed strategy of digital marketing platforms that coincide with affiliate marketing.

  • Experience managing social campaigns using relevant tools and platforms.
  • Ability to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates.

· Solid understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and experience implementing and running affiliate platforms· Working knowledge of SEO and CRO tactics and strategies· Strong understanding of affiliate reporting (transaction verification, deduplication of results, etc)· Experience with building email campaigns· Internet marketing experience· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strong work ethic, demonstrating personal initiative and ownership· Curiosity and passion to learn, stay in tune with industry trends, changes, and opportunities, and improve processes· Effective interpersonal communication with a drive to collaborate, leverage, and share best practices
